All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver our products safely and efficiently.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delights Deck is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and also notify us at info@limitedonlinetraditions.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
